Beginner Level - Hatha Yoga (Flex)
Class Level:
Beginner In this class, students of all levels gather to learn and practice basic yoga postures (asanas), sun salutations (surya namaskar), breathing (pranayama), and meditation.
Here you will begin to move your body in new ways, to find new energy and flexibility within yourself, and to cultivate balance and relaxation tools that you may carry with you in your daily routine.
