I'm married and have three children, a cat, two birds, and the largest non-koi goldfish I've ever seen. I'm a sixth generation Schenectady resident and a 2nd generation aerobics instructor. Zumba® Fitness is my passion. It's changed my life for the better and allowed me to meet fitness goals that I had almost given up on.
